I do it in two main ways: a combination of inner and outer work.
The inner work involves deeper subconscious mind re-programming: thought + belief work, identity work, emotions and energetic programming to help rewire your brain, body, and way of being to your Higher Self. This is going to help you attract your dream life, the opportunities you desire.
The outer work involves taking action to build your ideal identity. Nicole will hold you accountable and provide you with weekly action steps and strategies to help you towards your biggest dreams.
Nicole will work closely with you to support you, and at the same time, commitment, intention, and effort is also required on your end.

When you are truly confident (meaning you hold love + respect for yourself and other people), people can feel it.. even before you open your mouth to speak. Your whole body language and the energy you emit sends people the signal.
We were all born confident but as society and others taught us how to “behave”, we slowly lost the confidence to be ourselves. Because of this, people fear judgment when they show up online. They overthink their Instagram Stories content. They overanalyze other people’s actions towards them (i.e., less likes). They become perfectionists because they fear people’s critiques. All of these make building a business and showing up so heavy, and you operate from a place of fear and lack. It’s unsustainable.

No, I do not guarantee money results.
The online world is far different from how society has taught us to live (society taught us to study hard for a good grade, to go to school to guarantee a job, etc.) but in the online world, it’s different.
I could have two clients implement exactly what I’d suggest and one of them might see “success” quicker compared to the other one.. but that doesn’t mean anything. Everyone has different circumstances and are on their own journey. This is why I believe in personalized coaching for each person.
